Its really that easy. Just type the question like you would ask it. Then read what answers return. <br /><br />You can also look on www.google.com. Type your question into there and you will get unlimited answers. <br /><br />When typing a question start with the obvious and go to the least obvious. Example: <br /><br />"Outlook 2007 contact birthday field"<br /><br />I start with the obvious and narrow it down.
